File A —Ammunition Destruction

Ammo, destroyed on the record.

Live rounds. Rejected production lots. Surplus, duds and the mixed bucket nobody else will take. We render it inert, recover the metal, and hand you a certificate of destruction — one company, dock to new metal.

What we take

If it’s small-arms ammunition that has to be destroyed, it comes to us.

01
Live rounds
Loaded small-arms pulled from range sweepings, cleanup and recovered stock.
02
Rejected lots
Off-spec, recalled and QC-failed production ammunition that can’t ship.
03
Surplus & obsolete
Old, mixed, corroded or unidentified inventory cleared to destruction.
04
Duds & misfires
Recovered rounds and misfires, rendered inert and documented.
05
The mixed bucket
The dirty, sorted-nothing lot other recyclers turn away — we don’t.
GAR proprietary furnace rendering rounds inert
02 /The Rule

Nothing live is ever melted.

Loaded ammunition can’t go into a melt — so most recyclers won’t touch it. We built a furnace that renders every round inert first, then recovers the brass, lead and copper and sends it to our own smelter. Every lot leaves with a certificate of destruction.

03 /The Sequence

Dock to new metal

Four steps, one operation, start to finish in Houston.

Step A

Separate

Loaded rounds are pulled from the mixed material, by hand and by process.

Step B

Render inert

Rounds go through our proprietary furnace. Nothing live survives the step.

Step C

Recover

Brass cases and the lead & copper of the projectiles are recovered.

Step D

Document

Metal goes to our smelter; you get a certificate of destruction.

04 /The Roster

Who sends us ammunition

A

Ammunition manufacturers

Rejected, recalled and off-spec production lots that can’t leave the plant.

B

Ranges & shooting clubs

Live rounds and duds out of the sweepings bucket and range cleanup.

C

Law enforcement & military

Surplus, seized and obsolete small-arms stock needing destruction.

D

Importers & dealers

Overstock and unsellable inventory, destroyed and documented.

Dock To New Metal

Got a lot to destroy?

A handful of rounds or a rejected production run — tell us what you’ve got and we’ll render it inert, recover the metal, and put it on the record.
